How would I identify KCT employees when they come for field collections?

All KCT staff have staff identification cards they must produce every time they visit customers. Only staff under probation do not have the IDs and in such situations our customers are at liberty to confirm from the relevant shop managers.
Our customers are advised to always demand receipts for any money paid to our staff in the shop or money received while out on field collections.
